It's not a devotional song - rather praising king.

There are lots of indie carnatic music singers however from southern india. No recent northie devotional music matches those.

in recent times PS1 and PS2 (i haven't watched this one) were probably the most kino movies i watched.

It's sad that it doesn't get same praise as any other. Nobody could have done justice to Poniyan selvan series of movies than mani ratnam did here through these.

Every scene was peak entertainment, drama - unlike typical movies. I was so giddy while watching it.
