It's introducing an external factor to change a preexisting behavior. The whole concept of free will is so wishy washy that it boils down to the ability to take information, process it, and have an output behavior, the exact thing which is described by a deterministic view.
No you retard. A determinist view does not posit any agent to process it. Just an effect of some prior state of the universe. What you are describing is soft determinism that somehow allows for agency with determinism. Tge moment you use the word "process" and apply it to some agent, you are no longer working with pure cause-and-effect terminology but vague language that permits you to act and talk as if you actually did have the power to choose and weren't merely a bunch of atoms crashing against each other.
