Yaar these kurtas attack homeless ragpickers for a reason. A kutta regularly barked and growled at a bikhari ragpicker in our area. When I asked around a bit, I got to know that these a lot of these homeless guys kill and eat puppies and dogs. The dogs can smell it from them which is why they attack the homeless.

What blows my mind is that this is actually a topic of debate in this country.
Its clear as daylight that stray dogs are a problem that needs solving.
90% of them should be killed, the remaining 10% should be sterelized.
Dogs are a domestic species they belong in homes not on the street.
