I suspect it was a faulty product cause packaging was little torn when I received it from Flipkart

I domt think its worth to buy mehenga trimmer.
Just buy the 800 rupee one which they use in barner shop. Do not buy battery trimmer, i was shaving me beard today and it stopped midway. Just get a corded one and it will run decent for 4-5 years. I think they use nova brand or skmei brand in barber shops.
