1. Doing a keto/carnivore diet and getting the carnitine from your red meat/fish (cmon its literally in the name carni-)

If your body is already burning carbs, then l carnitine is completely useless. If youre eating roti sabzi dal chawal fruits and veggies, dont expect to lose any fat. Just do keto diet or long fasts (36 or 48 hours) if you wanna lose weight quickly.
