I dont know what he is using for 12 hour timer. Couldnt be ip because i was able to post from one device but not other device yesterday and both were connected to the same wifi. But then i reset my router and got locked out again? So is it IP or not IP? Im about to be locked out again at noon, idk why it happens. Cant even post about such complains on meta, as that board is locked too. Yaar. He is pushing us to make accounts by making the user experience for non account fags as difficult as possible.

when you load up this website for the first time you have to acknowledge some rules. when you do that it creates a uuid that is stored on your device which has the timestamp of when you agreed to the rules. using this timestamp the server calculates whether youre eligible to post or not depending on the amount of time passed
