I have voluntarily opted out of EPF deduction for my first ever jaab since I joined last year.
Now I'm hearing stuff like big MNCs don't hire people who did not have EPF deduction in their previous jaabs because their recruiters only calculate experience from EPF portal, to weed out candidates with fake experience.
What can be done in such situation?

Well, Form 16, payslips, and other past job related papers can only help

If you're still in, then try to ask the HR/Company to get in the EPF
This is all I know, just a rough Idea
Above all, some companies have their 3rd party record keepers - I don't know about these much

But I do not want to get into the EPF scheme due to a specific reason.
